The saga of the cutest boy in existence continues in April...

Ben was 6 months old April 17th and is growing up far too quickly!

He's officially a "little guy." At birth he was 90+ percentile  for both height and weight. At 6 months, he is 35th percentile for weight and 50th percentile for height. He has yet to double his birth weight! 

Ben, at 6 months, weighs 16.7 lbs and is 26.25 inches tall. 

Ben can sit up unsupported very well and for long periods of time.  He's reaching for things and is good at keeping himself entertained (yay!) He eats solids 3 times a day, and is enjoying a variety of different foods. 

He has a lot to say about everything, and is constantly making sound and "talking" to us. He's also learned how to increase the volume on that little voice of his, and often makes some sounds that reminds me of a cat in a fan belt. :)

Enjoy some random cuteness: 

 We took a trip to visit our friends, Aimee and Darin. Their son, Sam is 13 months older than Ben. Little cuties, little pals :)

 We've found a food Ben does't like: PEAS! He made some god-awful faces the first go-around, and the second time we tried it, he refused them outright. Can't blame him, I tried them!
